GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The issue of electronic signature certificates by certifying authorities under the Kerala Police Act, 2011, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Controller, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every certifying authority carrying on the issue of electronic signature certificates shall furnish Form E to the Government of Kerala within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every certifying authority carrying on the issue of electronic signature certificates shall make an application in Form E to the Government of Kerala within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the issue of electronic signature certificates is undertaken, and the Government of Kerala shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Kerala.
