GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The holding of Government land on lease by lessees of Government land under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspecting Officer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every lessee of Government land carrying on the holding of Government land on lease shall furnish Form F to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within one hundred and eighty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every lessee of Government land carrying on the holding of Government land on lease shall make an application in Form F to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of Government land on lease is undertaken, and the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Environment Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
