GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The representation of athletes by sports agents under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Sports Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sports agent carrying on the representation of athletes shall furnish Form H to the Sports Tribunal within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every sports agent carrying on the representation of athletes shall make an application in Form H to the Sports Tribunal within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the representation of athletes is undertaken, and the Sports Tribunal shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Telangana.
