GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The training of teachers by teacher training institutions under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the District Education Officer, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every teacher training institution carrying on the training of teachers shall furnish Form B to the Board of Secondary Education within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every teacher training institution carrying on the training of teachers shall make an application in Form B to the Board of Secondary Education within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the training of teachers is undertaken, and the Board of Secondary Education shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Gujarat.
