Hyderabad, dated the 15th July, 2022

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The sponsoring of a competition by sponsors of a competition under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sponsor of a competition carrying on the sponsoring of a competition shall furnish Form E to the Sports Authority within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every sponsor of a competition carrying on the sponsoring of a competition shall make an application in Form E to the Sports Authority within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sponsoring of a competition is undertaken, and the Sports Authority shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Telangana.
