Hyderabad, dated the 28th May, 2022

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The support of athletes by athlete support personnels under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every athlete support personnel carrying on the support of athletes shall furnish Form C to the Agency within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every athlete support personnel carrying on the support of athletes shall make an application in Form C to the Agency within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the support of athletes is undertaken, and the Agency shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Energy Department, Government of Telangana.
