GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The working of a brick kiln in a village by owners of a brick kiln in a village under the Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1947, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Chief Executive Officer of the Zila Parishad, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a brick kiln in a village carrying on the working of a brick kiln in a village shall furnish Form 6 to the Zila Parishad within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a brick kiln in a village carrying on the working of a brick kiln in a village shall make an application in Form 6 to the Zila Parishad within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a brick kiln in a village is undertaken, and the Zila Parishad shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Water Resources Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
