GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The taking of a mortgage of agricultural land by mortgagees of agricultural land under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Village Accountant, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every mortgagee of agricultural land carrying on the taking of a mortgage of agricultural land shall furnish Form 14 to the Land Tribunal within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every mortgagee of agricultural land carrying on the taking of a mortgage of agricultural land shall make an application in Form 14 to the Land Tribunal within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the taking of a mortgage of agricultural land is undertaken, and the Land Tribunal shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Excise Department, Government of Telangana.
