GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The holding of land by landholders under the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Circle Officer, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall furnish Form 5 to the State Government within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall make an application in Form 5 to the State Government within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of land is undertaken, and the State Government shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
