GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The holding of assets by a dormant company by dormant companies under the Kerala Chitties Act, 1975, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar of Firms, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every dormant company carrying on the holding of assets by a dormant company shall furnish Form INC-1 to the Tribunal within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every dormant company carrying on the holding of assets by a dormant company shall make an application in Form INC-1 to the Tribunal within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of assets by a dormant company is undertaken, and the Tribunal shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Kerala.
