Amaravati, dated the 26th September, 2021

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The publication of textbooks by publishers of textbooks under the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspector of Schools, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every publisher of textbooks carrying on the publication of textbooks shall furnish Form H to the Board of Secondary Education within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every publisher of textbooks carrying on the publication of textbooks shall make an application in Form H to the Board of Secondary Education within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the publication of textbooks is undertaken, and the Board of Secondary Education shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Ports Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
