GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a pre-school by operators of a pre-school under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspector of Schools, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a pre-school carrying on the running of a pre-school shall furnish Form D to the District Education Officer within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a pre-school carrying on the running of a pre-school shall make an application in Form D to the District Education Officer within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a pre-school is undertaken, and the District Education Officer shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Education Department, Government of Gujarat.
