Hyderabad, dated the 12th July, 2021

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The survey of land by licensed surveyors under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Surveyor, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall furnish Form 1 to the Tahsildar within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall make an application in Form 1 to the Tahsildar within seven days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the survey of land is undertaken, and the Tahsildar shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Urban Development Department, Government of Telangana.
