GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The grazing of cattle on Government waste land by graziers on Government waste land under the Bihar Land Reforms Act, 1950, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Revenue Inspector, the Government of Bihar, after careful examination, hereby orders that every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall furnish Form 7 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall make an application in Form 7 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the grazing of cattle on Government waste land is undertaken, and the Sub-Divisional Officer shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Housing Department, Government of Bihar.
