GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The occupation of public premises by occupants of public premises under the Karnataka Land Reforms Act, 1962, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Revenue Inspector, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every occupant of public premises carrying on the occupation of public premises shall furnish Form 3 to the Custodian of Enemy Property within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every occupant of public premises carrying on the occupation of public premises shall make an application in Form 3 to the Custodian of Enemy Property within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of public premises is undertaken, and the Custodian of Enemy Property shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Karnataka.
