GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a citizen service centre by operators of a citizen service centre under the Karnataka Sakala Services Act, 2012, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Grievance Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a citizen service centre carrying on the running of a citizen service centre shall furnish Form F to the Central Information Commission within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a citizen service centre carrying on the running of a citizen service centre shall make an application in Form F to the Central Information Commission within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a citizen service centre is undertaken, and the Central Information Commission shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Karnataka.
