GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: Street vending by street vendors under the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assessor, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every street vendor carrying on street vending shall furnish Form H to the Town Planning Authority within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every street vendor carrying on street vending shall make an application in Form H to the Town Planning Authority within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which street vending is undertaken, and the Town Planning Authority shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Urban Development Department, Government of Maharashtra.
