GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The carrying on of a dangerous or offensive trade by owners of a dangerous or offensive trade under the Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act, 1963, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Building Inspector, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a dangerous or offensive trade carrying on the carrying on of a dangerous or offensive trade shall furnish Form A to the Standing Committee within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a dangerous or offensive trade carrying on the carrying on of a dangerous or offensive trade shall make an application in Form A to the Standing Committee within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the carrying on of a dangerous or offensive trade is undertaken, and the Standing Committee shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Karnataka.
