Hyderabad, dated the 27th December, 2020

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The representation of athletes by sports agents under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Chaperone, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sports agent carrying on the representation of athletes shall furnish Form H to the Disciplinary Panel within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every sports agent carrying on the representation of athletes shall make an application in Form H to the Disciplinary Panel within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the representation of athletes is undertaken, and the Disciplinary Panel shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Environment Department, Government of Telangana.
