GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The execution of instruments by person executing an instruments under the Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1999, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Treasury Officer, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person executing an instrument carrying on the execution of instruments shall furnish Form F to the State Government within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every person executing an instrument carrying on the execution of instruments shall make an application in Form F to the State Government within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the execution of instruments is undertaken, and the State Government shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Rajasthan.
