GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The warehousing of goods by warehousemen under the Maharashtra Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Registrar, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every warehouseman carrying on the warehousing of goods shall furnish Form F to the Registrar of Chits within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every warehouseman carrying on the warehousing of goods shall make an application in Form F to the Registrar of Chits within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the warehousing of goods is undertaken, and the Registrar of Chits shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Maharashtra.
