GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The sale of seeds by dealers under the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Agricultural Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every dealer carrying on the sale of seeds shall furnish Form H to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every dealer carrying on the sale of seeds shall make an application in Form H to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sale of seeds is undertaken, and the Registrar of Co-operative Societies shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
