GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of a nursing home by nursing homes under the Karnataka Private Medical Establishments Act, 2007, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar of the Council, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every nursing home carrying on the running of a nursing home shall furnish Form 41 to the District Registering Authority within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every nursing home carrying on the running of a nursing home shall make an application in Form 41 to the District Registering Authority within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a nursing home is undertaken, and the District Registering Authority shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Karnataka.
