GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The working of a winery by licensees of a winery under the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Sub-Inspector of Excise, the Government of Punjab, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall furnish Form A to the Collector within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall make an application in Form A to the Collector within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a winery is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Punjab.
