GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The provision of consultancy services to the Government by empanelled consultants under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Controller of Accounts, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every empanelled consultant carrying on the provision of consultancy services to the Government shall furnish Form GFR 22 to the Directorate of Treasuries within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every empanelled consultant carrying on the provision of consultancy services to the Government shall make an application in Form GFR 22 to the Directorate of Treasuries within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the provision of consultancy services to the Government is undertaken, and the Directorate of Treasuries shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Rajasthan.
