GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The sale of insecticides by dealers in insecticides under the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Seed Inspector, the Government of Punjab, after careful examination, hereby orders that every dealer in insecticides carrying on the sale of insecticides shall furnish Form G to the Seed Certification Agency within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every dealer in insecticides carrying on the sale of insecticides shall make an application in Form G to the Seed Certification Agency within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sale of insecticides is undertaken, and the Seed Certification Agency shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Punjab.
