GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The administration of oaths by oath commissioners under the Uttar Pradesh Civil Laws (Reforms and Amendment) Act, 1954, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Registrar, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every oath commissioner carrying on the administration of oaths shall furnish Form F to the Taxing Officer within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every oath commissioner carrying on the administration of oaths shall make an application in Form F to the Taxing Officer within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the administration of oaths is undertaken, and the Taxing Officer shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
