GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The use of land for manoeuvres by occupiers of land used for manoeuvres under the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Garrison Engineer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every occupier of land used for manoeuvres carrying on the use of land for manoeuvres shall furnish Form G to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every occupier of land used for manoeuvres carrying on the use of land for manoeuvres shall make an application in Form G to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the use of land for manoeuvres is undertaken, and the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Maharashtra.
