GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of a private hostel by operators of a hostel for tenants under the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Rent Controller, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a hostel for tenants carrying on the running of a private hostel shall furnish Form C to the Rent Controller within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a hostel for tenants carrying on the running of a private hostel shall make an application in Form C to the Rent Controller within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a private hostel is undertaken, and the Rent Controller shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
