GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The provision of digital locker services by digital locker service providers under the Kerala Police Act, 2011, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the adjudicating officer, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every digital locker service provider carrying on the provision of digital locker services shall furnish Form E to the Cyber Appellate Tribunal within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every digital locker service provider carrying on the provision of digital locker services shall make an application in Form E to the Cyber Appellate Tribunal within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the provision of digital locker services is undertaken, and the Cyber Appellate Tribunal shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Kerala.
