GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The safety of a school building by owners of a school building under the Karnataka Fire Force Act, 1964, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Relief Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a school building carrying on the safety of a school building shall furnish Form A to the Relief Commissioner within one day.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a school building carrying on the safety of a school building shall make an application in Form A to the Relief Commissioner within one day, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the safety of a school building is undertaken, and the Relief Commissioner shall dispose of it within one day of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Karnataka.
