GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The training of teachers by teacher training institutions under the Maharashtra Universities Act, 2016, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Examination Controller, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every teacher training institution carrying on the training of teachers shall furnish Form G to the Regulatory Authority within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every teacher training institution carrying on the training of teachers shall make an application in Form G to the Regulatory Authority within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the training of teachers is undertaken, and the Regulatory Authority shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Education Department, Government of Maharashtra.
