Puducherry, dated the 22nd January, 2019

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The holding of land assessed to revenue by holders of land under the Puducherry Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Act, 1973, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Revenue Inspector, the Government of Puducherry, after careful examination, hereby orders that every holder of land carrying on the holding of land assessed to revenue shall furnish Form 14 to the Collector within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every holder of land carrying on the holding of land assessed to revenue shall make an application in Form 14 to the Collector within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of land assessed to revenue is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Puducherry.
