GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The sponsoring of a competition by sponsors of a competition under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Chaperone, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sponsor of a competition carrying on the sponsoring of a competition shall furnish Form F to the Sports Tribunal within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every sponsor of a competition carrying on the sponsoring of a competition shall make an application in Form F to the Sports Tribunal within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sponsoring of a competition is undertaken, and the Sports Tribunal shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Telangana.
