GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The export of goods as a status holder by status holders under the Karnataka Industries (Facilitation) Act, 2002, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Authorised Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every status holder carrying on the export of goods as a status holder shall furnish Form SEZ-1 to the Board of Approval within one hundred and eighty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every status holder carrying on the export of goods as a status holder shall make an application in Form SEZ-1 to the Board of Approval within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the export of goods as a status holder is undertaken, and the Board of Approval shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Karnataka.
