GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The management of a math by managers of a math under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Charity Commissioner, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manager of a math carrying on the management of a math shall furnish Form E to the Government of Madhya Pradesh within one hundred and eighty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every manager of a math carrying on the management of a math shall make an application in Form E to the Government of Madhya Pradesh within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of a math is undertaken, and the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
