GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The giving of private tuition by private tutors under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Director of Education, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every private tutor carrying on the giving of private tuition shall furnish Form C to the Council within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every private tutor carrying on the giving of private tuition shall make an application in Form C to the Council within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the giving of private tuition is undertaken, and the Council shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Gujarat.
