GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The coaching of athletes by coaches under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Doping Control Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every coach carrying on the coaching of athletes shall furnish Form F to the Government of Telangana within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every coach carrying on the coaching of athletes shall make an application in Form F to the Government of Telangana within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the coaching of athletes is undertaken, and the Government of Telangana shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, Government of Telangana.
