GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a pilgrim lodge by operators of a pilgrim lodge under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Waqf Officer, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a pilgrim lodge carrying on the running of a pilgrim lodge shall furnish Form F to the Deputy Charity Commissioner within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a pilgrim lodge carrying on the running of a pilgrim lodge shall make an application in Form F to the Deputy Charity Commissioner within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a pilgrim lodge is undertaken, and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
