GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The management of a public sector undertaking by public sector undertakings under the Gujarat Infrastructure Development Act, 1999, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Procurement Officer, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every public sector undertaking carrying on the management of a public sector undertaking shall furnish Form GFR 12-A to the Public Accounts Committee within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every public sector undertaking carrying on the management of a public sector undertaking shall make an application in Form GFR 12-A to the Public Accounts Committee within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of a public sector undertaking is undertaken, and the Public Accounts Committee shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Gujarat.
