GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of a common service centre by operators of a common service centre under the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Secretary of the Gram Panchayat, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a common service centre carrying on the running of a common service centre shall furnish Form 4 to the Zila Parishad within fourteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a common service centre carrying on the running of a common service centre shall make an application in Form 4 to the Zila Parishad within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a common service centre is undertaken, and the Zila Parishad shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Social Welfare Department, Government of Rajasthan.
