GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The execution of instruments by person executing an instruments under the Karnataka Stamp Act, 1957, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Superintendent of Stamps, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person executing an instrument carrying on the execution of instruments shall furnish Form G to the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every person executing an instrument carrying on the execution of instruments shall make an application in Form G to the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the execution of instruments is undertaken, and the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Registration and Stamps Department, Government of Karnataka.
