GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The winding up of a company by liquidators under the Kerala Chitties Act, 1975, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every liquidator carrying on the winding up of a company shall furnish Form INC-22 to the Competition Commission within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every liquidator carrying on the winding up of a company shall make an application in Form INC-22 to the Competition Commission within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the winding up of a company is undertaken, and the Competition Commission shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Kerala.
