GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a sports academy by sports academies under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Sports Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sports academy carrying on the running of a sports academy shall furnish Form C to the Sports Authority within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every sports academy carrying on the running of a sports academy shall make an application in Form C to the Sports Authority within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a sports academy is undertaken, and the Sports Authority shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Telangana.
