GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The wholesale vend of liquor by wholesale vendors under the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Inspector, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every wholesale vendor carrying on the wholesale vend of liquor shall furnish Form G to the Excise Appellate Authority within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every wholesale vendor carrying on the wholesale vend of liquor shall make an application in Form G to the Excise Appellate Authority within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the wholesale vend of liquor is undertaken, and the Excise Appellate Authority shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
