GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The organisation of sport by sports bodies under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sports body carrying on the organisation of sport shall furnish Form D to the State Sports Council within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every sports body carrying on the organisation of sport shall make an application in Form D to the State Sports Council within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the organisation of sport is undertaken, and the State Sports Council shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Telangana.
