GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION

Subject: The supply of mid-day meals by contractors for the mid-day meal under the Maharashtra Universities Act, 2016, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Education Officer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every contractor for the mid-day meal carrying on the supply of mid-day meals shall furnish Form H to the District Education Officer within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every contractor for the mid-day meal carrying on the supply of mid-day meals shall make an application in Form H to the District Education Officer within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the supply of mid-day meals is undertaken, and the District Education Officer shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Education Department, Government of Maharashtra.
