GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The holding of a public office by holders of a public office under the Maharashtra Official Languages Act, 1965, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Secretary, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every holder of a public office carrying on the holding of a public office shall furnish Form E to the Review Committee within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every holder of a public office carrying on the holding of a public office shall make an application in Form E to the Review Committee within seven days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of a public office is undertaken, and the Review Committee shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Maharashtra.
