GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The holding of land by landholders under the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Naib Tahsildar, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall furnish Form 8 to the Tahsildar within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall make an application in Form 8 to the Tahsildar within seven days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of land is undertaken, and the Tahsildar shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
