GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The execution of contracts by contractors under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Controller of Accounts, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every contractor carrying on the execution of contracts shall furnish Form GFR 22 to the Controller General of Accounts within fourteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every contractor carrying on the execution of contracts shall make an application in Form GFR 22 to the Controller General of Accounts within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the execution of contracts is undertaken, and the Controller General of Accounts shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of Rajasthan.
